Refund policy

Standard return policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of delivery for regular priced items. Refund requests within 30 days of the item(s) being delivered will be refunded by way of original payment method.  

Clearance Sale items are subject to a 14-day return policy. Refund requests within 14 days of the item(s) being delivered will be refunded by way of original payment method.  

We aim to process your return within 5 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds are automatically issued when a return is processed.  

If the aforementioned timeframes have elapsed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you have trouble logging into the portal please contact us with your order number and information on which items you wish to return. A member of our team will be able to create your return and send instructions to you.

Statutory EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the strict legal right under EU Directive 2023/2673 to withdraw from your online purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

This legal path allows you to immediately cancel your entire contract or individual items without creating or logging into a store account.
  • Refund Scope: We will refund the full cost of the item(s) along with standard outbound shipping costs.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of sending the items back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the consumer.

Return Delivery 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure they’re packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way!  

We recommend getting a proof of postage or using a trackable shipping service, in case your need to contact us about your return, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us.  

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance, if your method of post does not cover loss or damage in transit.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or any free promotional items.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanged on items purchased, only refunds. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
