Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery
FREE standard shipping on orders over €60.
Orders under €60 will be charged a flat shipping rate of €6.00.
All orders are shipped on a tracked standard service. We expect most orders to be delivered in 5-10 business days.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, with any orders received on a Saturday or Sunday shipped the next working day.
Orders placed before 12pm (CET) will be processed same-day.
Orders placed after 12pm (CET) will be processed the next working day.
Exemptions
We do not ship to the UK. All UK orders can be placed on our UK website: www.versussocks.co.uk
Public & National Holidays
Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. If your delivery window falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next working day.
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to check the delivery status of your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, do not accept the goods from the courier.
If the item(s) ordered within the package are found to be defective, damaged, or not the items ordered, please take a photo clearly showing the damage and send it to our customer service team with the following information:
- Order number provided in your order confirmation e-mail
- Name of the product(s) received & ordered
